Dr. Meek presented an inside look at trend forecasting for Gwinnett's economy as it recovers from the pandemic. COVID Vaccine Scheduling in Gwinnett
The Gwinnett, Newton, & Rockdale County Health Department are accepting appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine. The Health Department is releasing appointments only for the amount of vaccine currently in stock. If there are no appointments available, that means we have scheduled all appointments to exhaust our supply of vaccine.

Supply-Demand Imbalance Affecting Logistics Pricing
Prologis recently released a report that predicts strong rent and demand growth in urban regions this year, particularly in global logistics markets. The pandemic has caused a shift in logistics demand already, and it is not over yet. With more consumers purchasing products to be delivered directly to their homes, there is a greater need for logistics real estate.

Corners Outreach Volunteer Opportunities
Corners Outreach is currently looking for Spanish-speaking translators to volunteer during teacher conferences. The Parent-Teacher virtual conferences will take place on February 17 and 18 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Corners Music Academy is also seeking adult volunteers to assist with music lessons on Mondays from 4:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Tuesdays from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. If you are interested in volunteering or would like to learn about other opportunities, please contact Jana Mock at jana.mock@cornersoutreach.org.
