Bellwether Farms Ricotta and Spinach Gnocchi with Pancetta and Terra Firma Farm’s Locally Grown
Spring Onions
Most people with a gluten intolerance will tell you that one of the foods they miss most is pasta. Whether you’re eating gluten-free or not, this is a great recipe! This gluten-free gnocchi is surprisingly similar to traditional gnocchi and has a lighter bite, and the addition of Terra Firma’s spring onions makes it a dish to die for!

Ruhstaller 1881 California Red Ale
Sacramento, CA
Ruhstaller California Red Ale is from one of Sacramento’s first premium craft breweries, founded in 1881. This red ale is made with California malted barley and West Coast hops. We love it not only because it’s local, but for its nice aromatics, great balance,
and “sessionability.”

It’s-It
San Francisco, CA
In 1928, George Whitney placed a scoop of vanilla ice cream between two large old-fashioned oatmeal cookies and then dipped the sandwich into dark chocolate, birthing the first It’s-It Ice Cream Sandwich. George sold the It’s-It exclusively in San Francisco’s Playland-at-the-Beach for more than four decades. When the park closed, the city of San Francisco went without for quite some time until 1974, when It’s-It opened a small shop in San Francisco. Now we are proud to carry this local product in our stores.
