The RFBYC Power Section invites you to join them for a social cruise to Elizabeth Quay and Lunch at the Reveley on Saturday, 3 July.

Jump on board your designated boat at 11:00 am and enjoy a lovely cruise up the river followed by a  two course set menu at the Reveley.  Lunch is $60 per person.

After lunch head up to the Rooftop Bar with the rest of the crew before heading back on the boats at approximately 4:00pm.

This is a club time trial at RFBYC starting at 2pm and will include visitors from other clubs competing in the State Heat.  

Being a State Heat, separate nomination is required and must be completed by 1700 on Wednesday 14 July.

There is no formal dinner after this State Heat however Bar meals will be available back at the Club on a pay as you go basis.

We encourage all time triallers to participate in these large events, they are a fabulous day out on the water and most importantly they are included in our own Club consistency and Championship events.  RFBYC members will compete on handicap in this event for The Parker Family Trophy.

The Ti-Tu time trial starts at 2pm and will be followed by Winter Wonderland “Christmas in July”.

Live entertainment, mulled wine, traditional Christmas fare available from the SoPYC servery all promise a night of fun and frivolity.  Everyone is encouraged to dress in their Christmas attire – just to set the mood!

Announcement of results is set for 1800 but in the event of any delay in their preparation, may be deferred until it can fit in during dinner.  There is no entry fee to the event – meals and drinks are  “pay as you go”. Please indicate numbers attending on your nomination form so that the SoPYC Food and Beverage staff can plan accordingly.

Time Trialling can be done in boats of all shapes and sizes power or sail. Learn the ropes from an experienced Skipper and Navigator or if you don’t have a boat, you can learn how to be a navigator for someone else.
