From Wednesday March the 28th through to Sunday April the 1st the 27th annual Sugar Golf Tournament hosted by Alfy Fanjul was played in Casa de Campo with the particpation of more than 200 golfers.

The MIR Bazaar, Ladies Luncheon and a spectacular fashion show!

From Thursday March 29th through to Sunday April 1st, the annual "MIR Bazaar" at the La Romana Country Club in Casa de Campo was open for business, raising funds to support the Fundación MIR's schools in La Romana, with the "Ladies Luncheon" hosted by Lian Fanjul de Azqueta founder of the Fundación MIR attracting quiet a crowd on Saturday afternoon.

The “Buen Samaritano” Foundation and General Hospital – providing healthcare services to rural La Romana for more than 15 years!

The  ”Buen Samaritano” Foundation and General Hospital is a non profit institution which, since 1997, thanks to doctors and volunteers from abroad, has developed a wonderful program to provide health and education to many children and women in the La Romana area.

On Saturday the 7th of April 2012, otherwise know as “Sábado Santo” a day when celebrations in the Dominican Republic rival those of New Year’s Eve, one of the many parties Casa de Campo villa owners and visitors were treated to was that of the “Semana Santa Polo Tournament”, celebrated in spectacular style at the Casa de Campo polo fields.

We love you Luis Fonsi! Thousands of fans celebrate Sábado Santa at the Altos de Chavón amphitheater with Puerto Rican pop idol

On Saturday the 7th of April, during the fun Easter Weekend in Casa de Campo, Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi performed in extraordinary concert at the Altos de Chavón amphitheater presented by Presidente Live, much to the excitement of thousands of Casa de Campo villa owners, as well as visitors and residents from all parts of the Dominican Republic – who sang and danced along to the singer’s well known hits!
