Scaffold User's Group 2019

Our User's Group meeting will take place Sunday June 2, 2019 from 2 to 5 PM with an optional tutorial beforehand, starting at 1 PM. Join us at the Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta GA in the Chastain E room.

Analyzing Label-Free Proteomics Data with the Scaffold Suite, Tutorial 1 - 2 PM
Presentations followed by a Question and Answer session 2 - 5 PM

ASMS this year runs June 2 - 6 in Atlanta, GA. Stop by booth 725 during the conference to demo software or get answers to Proteome Software related questions.

Development Notes

Scaffold perSPECtives 3.0 will be released for ASMS 2019! The third generation of the program will feature additional options for advanced statistical analysis.

A new Scaffold release is on the horizon as well. New features will include pathway annotation and Protein Set Enrichment Analysis (PSEA) quantification.
