Bolinas Marine Laboratory
Status Update: - Submitted project for County of Marin Planning Review on December 13, 2019
- Received initial Planning Department review comments on January 10, 2020
- Community EIR and Project follow up meeting held on March 2, 2020
- Geotechnical preliminary report in process to meet Planning

- Architectural Historian report in process to meet Planning request
- Geotechnical boring was conducted on the site in July. The report is being completed by the geotechnical engineer.
- Resubmission date to the County of Marin was extended until August 24, 2020
New Learning Resources Center Building | Kentfield Campus
Project Summary: Construction of new Learning Resources Center building Status: - The architect has restarted work on the project and will be finalizing the planning phase of the project this month.
- Lease-Leaseback (LLB) contractor Request for Qualification/Proposal (RFQ/P) has been issued
- Schematic design is anticipated to be completed in Fall
2020
Demolition of the existing Learning Resources Center building:
- Demolition of the building to grade to be completed by mid-August 2020
- All demolition, finalizing the sitework, and having Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in place by end of September 2020
- Some demolition includes ground-disturbing activity, to begin around August 17, 2020. Pursuant to Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, tribal monitoring agreement (being negotiated) and tribal cultural resources treatment plan must be in place before ground-disturbing activity occurs

Jonas Center and Building 18 | Indian Valley Campus
Project Summary: Event facility to seat 300 people, including a catering kitchen, a prep kitchen, stage and meeting rooms Status: - Landscaping and building commissioning in August 2020
- Punchlist and final completion in September 2020
- California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Review and negotiation with California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) regarding Streambed Alteration Agreement for Jonas Center Pedestrian Bridge project is underway
New Miwok Center - Aquatic & Fitness Center | Indian Valley Campus
Project Summary: Construction of a multi-purpose aquatic fitness facility, with flexible work-out spaces, dance studio, classroom, locker rooms, and offices Status: - Main roof decking and roofing ongoing through August 2020
- Interior rough-in of electrical, mechanical and plumbing ongoing through September 2020
- Pool mechanical building,
underground utilities, slab on grade, concrete masonry unit (CMU) ongoing through August 2020
- Dive tower drilling and concrete placement of piers and slab ongoing through August 2020
- Dive pool excavation and fine grading through August 2020
Performing Arts | Kentfield Campus
Project Summary: Audio/Visual system improvement and installation in theater, funded in part with a generous donation by Warren Lafort Status: - Punch list, training and close out documents to be completed by end of August 2020
Maintenance & Operations Building and District Warehouse | Kentfield Campus
Project Summary: District Warehouse and Facilities Administration Building Status: - The fencing along the fire lane and repair of the damaged photovoltaic canopy will be completed by the end of August 2020
Fusselman Hall: Structural and Waterproofing Improvements | Kentfield Campus
Project Summary: Structural and waterproofing improvements Status: - Punch list completion in August 2020
- DSA close out by the end of September 2020
