This Moon Has a Calming Effect

It's June 13, and this full moon occurs just after midnight for some of us. The beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere can be hectic (with summer vacation starting for school children, among other things). But it helps to know that the shine of the moon can have a calming effect. 

Over at FullMoon.info, they say "even just a short glimpse into the night sky is sufficient to quiet the voices in our head and to give silence a sound."

So take a moment to enjoy the full moon, bring some silence to your life, and by all means, take a look here at recent articles and other posts from Earthzine.
