Happy Spring, Friends!
Thank goodness we made it through this winter! Am I the only one who felt like it was longer than last year’s tundra? I hope everyone has been able to get outside and enjoy the sun-filled snowless ground to walk upon. Lorelei is a Transformation Strategist. She is a licensed massage therapist in practice for twenty years, a Registered Yoga teacher who received her teacher training from Melissa Spamer, a NAMA certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Heath Coach. Her passion is helping women have health breakthroughs so that they can show up in the world more energetically available. She leads group classes and coaches women one-on-one in how to make the changes necessary to live a full and healthy life.
