This month we are fully let at Portside Industrial Estate in Ellesmere Port. We are also 100% occupied at Emerald House in Leigh following completion of the letting on the final 2,000 sqft suite. Three Point Business Park in Rossendale also has a new tenant.

After completing four deals in the early part of 2012, Hurstwood are now fully let at Portside Industrial Estate in Ellesmere Port. More than 18,000 sqft of industrial space has been let as units 1-4 have been taken at the site.
The new tenants in unit 1 and 2 are Proweld Engineering Solutions and their sister company QA NDE Ltd.
We decided on Portside Industrial Estate as it is ideally suited to us geographically not least because of its proximity to our other unit but also the fact that it has good transport links being just off the M53 and is also in the heart of our existing client base.

The new tenant in the 3,000 sqft unit 3 is SW Performance Limited who offers engine tuning and diagnostic services while the other new letting saw LTG (Cheshire) expand at the site, taking the 6,222 sqft unit 4 in addition to unit 6 which they let in November.
Portside Industrial estate is located on Merseyside Road in Ellesmere Port, close to junction 8 of the M53 motorway. The site comprises 24,000 sqft of space spread across 6 modern industrial units.

Emerald House Fully Let After Omnica Deal

Emerald House, one of Hurstwood’s landmark office buildings at Leigh Business Park, is now fully let after a deal was struck with Omnica Limited to rent the remaining space in the building.
The company will move into a 2,000 sqft suite on the ground floor at the beginning of May.
Omnica develop and provide multi-channel retail software for companies who conduct business online.
We are a rapidly growing company and needed new premises to support that growth. Emerald House is a first class facility, in a convenient location, which will serve us well in attracting new employees and new customers to Omnica.

Leigh Business Park is located just off A580 East Lancs Road close to junction 23 of the M6. As well as two modern office buildings, the site also features 13 recently constructed industrial units ranging in size from 2,555 sqft to 7,780 sqft.

Orbus Leisure Ltd has become the latest tenant at Hurstwood’s Three Point Business Park in Haslingden after agreeing a deal on unit 8 at the site.
Orbus Leisure is a specialist retailer of fitness and weight loss equipment. They offer everything from cross trainers to vibration plates and treadmills.
We’re really pleased to have secured a unit on the development. Orbus Leisure chose Three Point Business Park as it offers great motorway links and accessibility. The units are of high quality, yet with reasonable terms. We think it will offer a clean, quiet and secure environment which will.

This letting leaves only two units available at the site; unit 7, which measures 2,900 sqft and the 2,000 sqft unit 21.
Three Point Business Park is located adjacent to Carrs Industrial Estate in Haslingden, Rossendale and is easily accessible from the motorway network via the A56.
