Join the Illinois Yellow Dot Program

The Illinois Yellow Dot Program is an initiative designed to provide vital medical information on vehicle drivers and passengers in the event of an accident. Filling out and carrying a Yellow Dot medical card will assist first responders in treating drivers/passengers during the "Golden Hour," or the crucial hour immediately following a traumatic injury.

For more information on the Yellow Dot Program visit yellowdotillinois.org.
