2011 Rocket Prize Kids Jury

ABOUT SURVIVE THIS SEASON 2

Survive This is an exciting series that challenges youth to push their limits, overcome their fears and develop lifelong survival skills. Hosted by Les Stroud (THE Survivorman), each episode aims to test endurance, wit and self-determination.

Les challenges the eight participants physically, emotionally and mentally – placing them in situations of intense pressure where their lives are put on the line. From a dramatic start to a powerful finish, the participants learn that if they can make it through this, THEY CAN MAKE IT THROUGH ANYTHING.

LET’S HEAR FROM THE KIDS JURY

"I love this show because it shows us the hardship of surviving in the wild, but also the meaning of leadership; also I like this show because where I come from, in Labrador, it is very much like the outdoors on the show and we face the same stuff they do on here. I JUST LOVE THIS SHOW."

LET’S HEAR FROM THE INTERNATIONAL JURY

"SURVIVE THIS is an excellent reality-entertainment series, in which the participants overcome awesome real-life challenges out in the wild. Most importantly, the series demonstrates that experiencing life’s challenges matters more than winning prizes – there are no "losers" in this show."
