For our recent program held in conjunction with the IASLC World Conference on Lung Cancer 2021 virtual meeting, I sat down with an all-star faculty to review the emerging roles of immunotherapy and targeted treatment in the management of localized non‑small cell lung cancer in the adjuvant and neoadjuvant settings.
I was joined by Drs Eddie Garon from UCLA, Harvey Pass from NYU and Heather Wakelee from Stanford, who reviewed recent data and 5 cases from their colleague Dr Jarushka Naidoo from Johns Hopkins. During the course of the program we dove into some provocative data released in the past few months, including from the Impower010 and CheckMate 816 trials, and specifically we discussed how our experts are implementing the new information in their day-to-day practices.
