Are you getting a lot of curveballs thrown your way lately? I sure am. And it feels like every time I reach a point of equilibrium, when I finally find peace, life throws another one right at me. Maybe you feel the same?

Recently, a friend of mine was hospitalized with COVID and put on a ventilator. It sent me into a downward spiral of fear for him and all of us.

To get myself back into the energy of hope and self-love, I reached into my toolbox and pulled out a technique that has always served me well in times like these—EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), which is also known as tapping.
