Sevacare and TLC Homecare Move In
After securing two new lettings in the early part of 2012, Hurstwood are now fully let at their offices at Taylors Court in Rotherham. Over 5,000 sqft of office space was let as deals were completed on suites A3 and A4.
The new tenant in suite A3 is TLC Homecare whilst Sevacare (UK) has moved into suite A4.
Taylors Court is ideal for us. It is in the right location and is a very prominent building in the town. Hurstwood were extremely helpful and we are delighted to have secured the premises.

Hurstwood Welcomes IT Company
EP Technologies has agreed a deal with Hurstwood to let an office suite at Hardmans Business Centre in Rawtenstall. The company have moved into suite 25.
EP Technologies are a technology consultancy company founded in 1999. They provide IT solutions for a variety of organisations across a wide range of industries.

We moved to Hardmans Business Centre because it offered us good quality office space at a reasonable rent. The building is full of character, benefits from a car park and is also close to the town centre and the motorway network.

The building is a former mill that has been converted into a modern business centre. It features a range of high-quality, open-plan office suites in various sizes.

New Tenant at North Wales Site
Hurstwood have let an industrial unit at Bersham Enterprise Centre in Wrexham to French Flavour Limited. The company have agreed a deal on unit 16 which measures 800 sqft. Hurstwood are now fully let at the site.
French Flavour offer a wide variety of food and drink sourced from small producers throughout France.
Bersham Enterprise Centre is a well-established industrial estate located on Plas Grono Road in Wrexham, North Wales. Units range in size from 800 sqft up to 3,000 sqft
