Can Heat Pumps Keep Houses Warm, Cool Costs?Using the milder climate of Seward as a testing ground, AHFC's Research and Rural Development department is partnering with residents to evaluate whether heat pumps can help homeowners save money. Transforming Lives Through HousingAfter experiencing health problems while living unhoused, Mary found safe housing at Forget-Me-Not Manor, operated by Juneau Housing First.
