Clean up your act on Int'l Coastal Clean-up Day

During last year's International Coastal Clean-up, over half a million volunteers around the world picked up more than 4 000 metric tons of debris, equal to the weight of 41 blue whales!

Join us again for this year's Clean-up on Saturday 21st, where we will be heading to Strandfontein Beach from 10h00-12h00 to pick up litter. Gloves and bags will be provided, but please bring water, sunscreen and a hat.

Join us as we ‘waddle’ from the Two Oceans Aquarium to the Green Point lighthouse and back on African Penguin Awareness Day, Saturday 12 October, raising awareness amongst members of the public, and encouraging vehicles to ‘hoot for penguins’. There will be other penguin-themed activities happening on the day, too. Read more.
