The research team aimed to collect information that could help to improve the lives of trans and non-binary people by documenting the many challenges they face and the impacts on their health and well-being. Māori Language Moment: Be the 1 in a million - Te Wā Tuku Reo MāoriTo safeguard te reo, the Māori Language Commission wants 1 million Māori language speakers by 2040 but they want to start in 2020: even if only for a moment.
