The Australian Sociological Association: Members' Newsletter No Images? Click here Dear , In case you are not aware, web pages on TASA’s History were added to TASAweb in 2013. The TASA History content was assembled by Fran Collyer, with the assistance of two students, all based at the University of Sydney. You can view the TASA History content on TASAweb here. We also want to let you know the Sociology of Economic Life (SEL) and Work, Employment and Social Movements (WESM) groups submitted a proposal to merge and establish a new group to the recent Executive meeting. The proposal was ratified by the Executive. The new group is Sociology of Work, Labour and Economy and you can join it via your membership profile. If you missed Bronwyn Carlson's TASA 2018 keynote you can view her slides here. If you have missed a newsletter or you would like to look back on any of them, you can view them here. Research Code ReviewThe Australian and New Zealand Standard Research Codes (e.g. FoR and SEO codes) are being reviewed this year and TASA will make a submission, to be drafted by a subcommittee of the Executive (Dan Woodman, Alphia Possamai Inesedy and Jo Lindsay).
