If you're receiving this email, it's probably because you received a free online or printed resource from us this year. Maybe you saw us at a conference or used our new free app in the iTunes Store (with multiple language options if you click on the globe). Or maybe you took our new free online training module for medical professionals about the history of disability rights and best practices for delivering a diagnosis.

We offer all of these resources at no cost to thousands of medical providers and families each year. We also attended 6 national medical and genetics conferences to give presentations and share resources with medical professionals in 2019 ... but our work is not done until every family and medical professional consistently has access to the information and support they need following an unexpected diagnosis. 

Today is #GivingTuesday, and we need your help to share these free resources with families and medical professionals all year and also to go to medical conferences where we exhibit and offer presentations about best practices for delivering a diagnosis. Every dollar donated to our non-profit Lettercase program at the University of Kentucky goes directly toward the costs for conferences and free materials, and we need your help to make sure those families and clinicians get the resources and support in that critical moment!
