Shanti Studio Wellness is a therapeutic muscular therapy and yoga studio specializing in orthopedic + sports massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, myofascial release and thai yoga massage as well as general relaxation and stress management.  Also offering private and small group yoga classes.

60 or 90 min appointments that combine on-the-table massage, followed by on-the-mat yoga stretches for a fully customized bodywork session.

these yoga classes are designed with a combination of dynamic flow focusing on optimal alignment, breathing practices, balance poses, core work and strength work. no experience required. 

 
 

ONGOING YOGA CLASSES:  Yoga for Athletes, Mondays 6-7pm at Groundwork Yoga + Wellness in Belmont.  This class offers the benefits of stretching and strengthening the athlete’s physical body to create a balance between over-used and under-used muscle groups. Classes are designed with a combination of dynamic flow focusing on optimal alignment, breathing practices, balance poses, core work and strength work for complimentary cross-training. All levels, drop-ins welcome.
