David is a Citadel Alumni with civil design, planning, project administration and construction management experience throughout the southeastern United States. Dennis has a wide-ranging amount of experience in Industrial Civil Engineering, including markets of pulp & paper, plastic injection molding, airplane construction, tobacco processing, and chemical manufacturing. He has been a resident of the Grand Strand for one year and has an extensive career in Water Resources as an Engineer. Engineers kept the tower from collapsing by placing weights on the north end of the foundation to right the structure.
