The new year is finally here, which means that the Castle & Cooke team has many exclusive updates to share with you. Before we see what’s planned next for Koa Ridge, let's take a quick look at some of our top memories from 2021.
Over 200 Families Made Koa Ridge Home
The Koa Ridge ‘ohana is quickly growing. To date, over 200 families received the keys to their brand-new homes, and additional homes are nearing completion. We look forward to welcoming many more families to Koa Ridge in 2022.
Homeowners Receive the Gift of Music
In August, the Koa Ridge homeowners received an exclusive sneak preview tour of the Nanea model homes. At the end of each tour, we surprised the homeowners with a beautiful koa ‘ukulele and certificate for the koa tree planted in their name. We continue this gifting tradition with all of our owners as part of our initiative to integrate local art and culture into the community and help positively impact the environment. Congratulations to the First Malina ‘Ohana
Congratulations to the very first family to receive the keys to their new Malina at Koa Ridge home. We held an intimate celebration this past November to welcome Trevor, Davina, and their daughter to the community. Learn more about the Malina at Koa Ridge Homes.
Celebrating the Launch of Walea
We ended the year by launching the brand-new Walea at Koa Ridge condominium townhome series. Walea, which means serenity in Hawaiian, offers five contemporary two- and three-bedroom floor plans that range in size from 991 to 1,557 square feet of living area and feature spacious open-concept living areas, modern kitchens with a breakfast bar, air-conditioning, enclosed garages, and more.
