![]() How To Achieve Safe Harbour Compliance Status?To help increase your law firm's safe harbour compliance rate, we have made the NFC (Near Field Communication) chip readability easier for your clients. For the NFC technology to work properly, image quality of the passport (NB: NFC chips only exist in a passport) & client photo, must be high for the data extracted to be correct. Clients must follow the automatic video pop up along with a voice over explaining how exactly you should scan the NFC. If the scanning fails 3 times, the app will present an option to skip NFC scanning. If the client clicks on "Skip", they must give a valid reason as to why this was done. Report Notes FeatureIf the NFC fails due to circumstances outside of their control, you can make a note of this on the report for SRA auditing purposes. The report note feature allows you to add personal comments and insights for each client's report, providing a deeper understanding of the data.To access this feature, navigate to 'Reports,' select 'View More' on the relevant contact card, and you'll find a 'Notes' textbox where you can input your observations.
