About Greater Boston House Concerts (www.GBHConcerts.com)
GBHConcerts began as a teenage dream by founder Aaron Larget-Caplan to share arts and culture in an intimate salon setting. Since the first official concert in May 2011, Greater Boston House Concerts has begun creating a network for artists to perform and share their work outside of the concert hall.
With a focus on classical and world music (acoustic), GBHConcerts has hosted six concerts to date with artists coming from the Greater Boston area as well as from Spain and Italy. Each event is followed by a meet-the-artist reception and is also ticketed with the proceeds going to the artists.
Upcoming concerts include pianist Sarah Takagi in April and composer/pianist John McDonald in May.
