The Meridian Club and Pine Cay opened earlier this month to lots of new things our guests may want to know about.  Did you know that back in September we WON the Fodor's Top 100 (one of 12 resorts worldwide as the best beach getaway).  Many guests don't get to see us in NYC chic mode, but it happened.

GREAT AIRFARES:  Have you checked lately?  We found fares on Jet Blue from JFK for as little as $137 one-way (and non-stop!).  We checked March 7-14 and we coincidentally have rooms. 

NEW ROOM CATEGORY:  For those of you itching to have access to AC, we now have the ability to book units that offer a little larger space, Keurig coffee makers, and AC.  Though most of our repeat guests don't want or need it, we realize some newcomers might want to book a premium beachfront room. 

Property Updates:  For those of you who have not yet visited, and want to know something about what makes The Meridian Club unique, click here to learn about our own version of the drive in movie via golf cart. For those of you looking to be pampered in our spa, the spa itself has had a little "facelift", so look out for new spa specials coming in December.  We also have new chaise lounges and beach chairs, which means your most ideal beach experience just got even better ...

Destination Updates:  Pine Cay now has a new walkway at Devil's Cut, more fish and plant formation by the Reef Balls, plus the Provo Airport expansion is looking better.  That just might make it easier for people booking a private island wedding or looking for a private island resort in nature's sanctuary.  As we are all giving thanks this weekend, learn more about our reach out to the Pine Cay Project - School Grant.

Cuisine Corner:  We have been writing blog articles with often requested recipes from our kitchen.  The most popluar article was about Sara and her sweet treats, but we also have Spinach Artichoke Lasagna Roll Ups, Fried Chicken, Marinara Sauce, Lemon Herb Potatoes, Mango Herb Chutney,  Coconut Green Curry Prawns, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Fish & Chips.
