In Real Life Nominated for an International Emmy Kids Award

Congratulations to In Real Life, nominated for an International Emmy Kids Award in the Kids: Non-Scripted Entertainment Category.

In Real Life also won a 2013 Kidscreen Award this week for Best Tweens/Teens Non-Animated or Mixed Series.

Said to be the most ambitious reality series for kids to date, the show boasts 3 adventurous seasons. It is the only show where kids age 12 to 14 years old race across North America competing in heart-pounding real job challenges.

Other Awards

In Real Life was a 2010 Shaw Rocket Prize Finalist. In 2012, In Real Life was the recipient of the Digi Award in the Best Cross-Platform Kids category for their Race to the Finish Website. They also received a 2012 Kidscreen Award as Viewer’s Choice for Best Tweens/Teens Program.

The show is nominated for two Canadian Screen Awards for Best Writing in a Lifestyle or Reality/Competition Program or Series and for Best Cross-Platform Project – Children’s and Youth.
