Welcome to the team, Corri and Hannah on a full time basis, Ollie, Ella, Stella, Maddy and Rachel and in the kitchen Dom. We are currently on the look-out for more part time front of House staff, part time housekeepers and kitchen assistants. Shout if you know anyone suitable. Other roles within the business group can be found here Congratulations to Jamie Gooda who has taken on the position of Front of House Manager. Jamie has a lot of exciting plans to develop both the product and service across the whole business. Jamie will also be taking over the delivery of the wedding days whilst Tessa is on maternity leave from mid April, whilst Emily looks after all of the administration. The winner of this month’s staff award is a very deserving, hard-working, dedicated team player. The development of this individual over his short time here has been fantastic and is a great motivator for us all. Congratulations WILL GOODA! Tickets are on sale now: NEW MENUS GALORELast week we launched a new daytime menu, new dinner menu, new afternoon tea menu and a new pre theatre menu. Hopefully you all like some of the new dishes on offer and have had a chance for a good look at them. Allergen sheets have now been produced on all of the menus. This is now a legal requirement and we have laminated copies in the restaurant and kitchen should we need to answer any questions. The Summer menus will be produced in May – this will include a new drinks selection and wine list as well. For Mothers Day we will be serving Breakfast (bookings as normal) then Afternoon tea all day (bookings on AAA drive) and pre theatre and dinner as normal. Spreading the word!
