Musical warmth in the cold of winter!

I hope you are warm and safe as the winter shares its beauty and strength.  I think growing up in Colorado and learning to drive in the mountains, where snow and making a safe turn in a car are normal parts of life, makes me love this season.  Boston is quiet, which for those who know, is not a regular occurence.

I have two upcoming February concerts for my first tour with the Bay-Area and NEC alumnus mezzo-soprano Betany Coffland, which also takes us throughout Massachusetts and into Connecticut in March.  See below for tour dates, latest news and my Dirty Cappuccino recipe.

Happy Snow Day,
Aaron

Aaron's Dirty Cappuccino Recipe:

  1. Find the best organic espresso
  2. Grind the espresso as fine as can be
  3. Heat milk (organic whole), don't boil
  4. Make foam. I recommend a manual pump for home use
  5. Make espresso
  6. Add espresso to porcelain cup
  7. Swirl milk and foam together, knock it twice
  8. Add heated foam-milk to glass, impressive designs are optional
  9. Spill said foam-milk mixture over the sides of the cup
  10. Add cinnamon and fancy espresso spoon
  11. Take picture
  12. Empty your cup and begin again
