WA produce inspires Curtis Stone’s new menu

Award-winning chef Curtis Stone’s LA restaurant Maude is serving up WA inspired dishes as part of a Tourism WA-supported promotion through IMG, the event organisers of the successful Margaret River Gourmet Escape, and Tourism Australia. Stone visited WA recently to source inspiration for the menu and film for a new TV series to premiere later in the year featuring WA locations, produce and producers. Maude’s menu changes just four times a year. Each menu runs for three months and currently draws inspiration from an internationally renowned wine region. WA’s inclusion places it in the distinguished company of Rioja, Spain; Burgundy, France and the Central Coast of California. His social media sites show tempting pictures of stunning WA-inspired produce and beautiful WA regional landscapes and the restaurant’s website gives an enthusiastic account of his time in WA. For more information, read the story on our corporate website.
