Spring glorious spring!
Mother Nature may have been kind to us this past winter, but there's nothing like sunshine, flowers and warmer temps to make us want to celebrate the arrival of spring!
What’s New at HillCrest Village
PHASE 2 is Open and Taking Reservations!
The road is paved, weather is improving, and new homes are beginning to spring up in our second phase at HillCrest Village. Take a drive around the neighborhood and see for yourself!
In fact, we're excited to be building our first Andover model on site #43 in Phase 2. Come by for a visit this weekend and see for yourself.
How to Meet
New NeighborsIf this were the 1800's it would be considered proper etiquette to leave your visiting card as a means of introduction. A tad bit too formal for today's times, but we do have a few suggestions to help you meet your new neighbors.
- Do a walk-around. If you're outgoing, take time on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon to do a lap of the neighborhood, ringing doorbells and introducing yourself to the new neighbors.
- Send out mailers. If you're less outgoing, try sending out some "New to the Neighborhood" cards with some brief info on you and your family. You can even let folks know a good window of time (Saturday afternoons?) to drop by and say hello.
- Involve the kids. If you're a parent, take
stock of which neighbors seem to have kids, and invite them over to meet your brood.
- Suggest a dog walk. Drop by a pup-owning neighbor and suggest a morning dog walk at some point in the future so both you and Fido can make new friends.
- Throw a mixer. If you like hosting, throw an open house-style mixer to meet your new neighbors, and send out the invites via mail.
