Schedule Change - We have been operating a reduced Saturday and Holiday schedule since November 2015 - that is about to change for the better! Yay! The weekday schedule that runs almost hourly will replace the current Saturday and Holiday schedule. Beginning February 1st, Green Ride will offer our best service schedule every day of the year. That means increased Saturday service for Wyoming too. Here are links to the new Green Ride schedules:

(reservations required!) Support the Food BankBRING A CAN OF FOOD NEXT TIME YOU RIDE GREEN RIDEThe holidays are over, but there are still hungry people in our community. We will use our service to help families who need food on their tables this winter. Over the next 30 days, our drivers will be collecting up to 2 canned or nonperishable items from customers who want to participate in our Green Ride Food Drive. Just leave your food with your driver upon pick-up or bring canned food to the Green Ride office from 8-4 M-F, excluding holidays. All collections will be donated to the Larimer County Food Bank and given to families in need. “Out of every job I’ve had, driving for Green Ride is my favorite.” Over the last 5 years, Randy Harper has worked as a driver, driving trainer, and in a support role for Green Ride. After realizing how much he loved serving customers face-to-face, he returned to driving and consistently enjoys the people he gets to serve and the ones he gets to work with. We asked Randy if there was any particular drive that he remembers over the others. Randy mentioned driving a woman to the airport who was leaving for a 3 month work trip in Alaska. When she returned, he happened to be the driver who picked her up and he remembered her face and name. As the van pulled into the parking lot to drop her off at home, Randy recognized the woman’s husband and two young children who were previously there to drop her off 3 months earlier. He remembers seeing the excitement of their reunion and the look in her husband’s eyes that said thank you for returning our loved one home safely. “Those are the moments that make it worth it”, Randy said, “Those are the moments when you realize we really are serving people.” Green Ride employs over 100 employees in Northern Colorado. Our desire is to serve our customers and employees in a way that shows them how important they are. You Make This Happen We can’t say “thank you” enough. Thank you for supporting our local business in Northern Colorado and for trusting our service. You have helped us support other businesses, nonprofits, and the environment. By supporting Green Ride, not only do you boost the local economy but you help us keep “green” in our name through our shared rides and reduced greenhouse gases. From the hearts of our employees to the thousands of customers, thank you for choosing Green Ride. Customer Story When it comes to customer service we say, “If we can, we should”. Recently, we received a message from a woman thanking us for how she was treated after being dropped off at the Harmony location. From her dropoff, she was expecting to get a ride home with a TNC driver, but after feeling uncomfortable she opted out of the ride. One of our Green Ride drivers drove back to the Harmony location, found out about her situation and took her home. She shared her appreciation for the extra care extended by Green Ride in a situation that made her feel unsafe. Kudos! The artwork used in the heading and the background below is from a mural painted by Mike Michelson. Mike was a Green Ride original employee. What's that you say? New Website for Green Ride! Yes it is true. We are working with Old Town Media to develop a new "responsive" Green Ride website. Responsive means it will look cool and work on your phone and tablet too. Stay tuned! The site is still in development, but is getting close to completion. |
