Welcome to our new weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
This week
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 - 6 days.
On Monday 11 October, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 1129 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due back Friday 8th October at 2:59pm
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 24:38 hrs (previous week 22:55 hrs) and for second submissions 9:03 hrs (previous week 7:55 hrs)
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3-8 hours
On Monday 11 October, morning, there were 225 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing those due back today at 9am
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 6:40 hrs (previous week 6:33 hrs) and for second submissions 7:09 hrs (previous week 6:55 hrs)
Australia queue
On Monday 11 October, morning, there were 146 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Friday 8th October at 3:54pm
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 6:32 hrs (previous week 6:25 hrs) and for second submissions 7:35 hrs (previous week 5:47 hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 20:41 hrs (previous week 14:40 hrs) and for second submissions 6:58 hrs (previous week 6:01 hrs)
