There's something new: Sandbox Mode
|
Hi friend,
We’ve heard from many of you that you’d love to see a safe space to test and experiment with Postmark—without the risk of accidentally sending tests to real customers (ouch!) or damaging your sender reputation. Sandbox Mode, our newest addition to Postmark, lets you do just that.
When setting up a new Server in Postmark, you can now mark it as a Sandbox—that’s an environment for you to test Postmark’s API and SMTP sending functionality, experiment with webhooks, and see how we process mail. But the trick is: We deliver all your test messages to a black hole ⚫️ and won’t ever send any actual email to a recipient.

Postmark loves bootstrappers
And it turns out that you like us, too! Last month, we asked our fellow bootstrappers to tell us more about their products and how they use Postmark. We were blown away by the responses, so we thought we'd get into the habit of sharing some with you.
Let’s start with folks who help you explore the outdoors—because we’re all spending way too much time in front of our computers anyways.
-
Global Outdoors is a place for outdoor experiences and reviews—and they handle all their transactional email with Postmark.
-
With Camping Brötchen, folks at camping sites can order baked goods and submit those orders straight to the bakery. Guess who’s delivering those order notifications? ⛺️🥐
-
Go2Andaman is a travel booking portal for a small island group in the Indian Ocean called the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. They’ve been with us since 2017. Thanks, friends! 🏝

You’ve got one developer in Romania and one in Philadelphia. Both are doing fantastic work, so shouldn’t you be paying them the same? We think you should.
|
|
If you want to move to a 32h workweek and still be successful, you’ll have to master one thing first: Deep work.
|
|
We estimated Wildbit's 2020 emissions across three areas: infrastructure, travel, and operations. Here are the results.
