ARC Hub for HealthTech launched to fast-track commercial impact of patient-focused solutions
The new ARC Hub for HealthTech has been officially launched at University of Galway. The Hub will drive the development of solutions to improve chronic disease management, such as smart implants, advanced wearable medical devices, novel sensors and AI and machine learning-driven modelling.

It's estimated that around 300 million children are exposed to some form of online grooming every year.
The GroSafe project at Technological University Dublin is working to change that. GroSafe equips young people with the knowledge and confidence to recognise the signs of grooming early and to report it.
Led by Dr Christina Thorpe and Dr Matt Bowden, with Societal Impact Champion Fiona Jennings, ISPCC, GroSafe won the National Challenge Fund [https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23nationalchallengefund&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED] OurTech Challenge.
