We will not notify your professors about your accommodations unless you fill out the form with their contact information. If you have not received it and believe you have academic accommodations, please let us know. Housing Appeals to live on-campus Housing Appeals for the 2022-2023 academic year are now live, and if you are requesting a housing accommodation appeal to live on-campus, you can fill one out via Then, please fill out a Modified Registration Form through the DSO Website. We will require updated documentation and an intake with one of our staff. The priority deadline is February 4, 2022. Housing Accommodation Requests It is now the time to start thinking about all other housing accommodation requests for the 2022-2023 academic year. All new housing accommodation requests or requests for your continuous accommodation (for everything except on-campus housing), have to be renewed through the Disability Services Housing Committee. In order to do so, we will need a Modified Registration Form with the request, updated documentation speaking directly to the request, and an intake with one of our staff. The priority deadline is February 4, 2022. Campus Accessibility Reporting Form Boston College is committed to ensuring and improving physical and technological access on campus. This form is one way to report a physical or technological barrier that restricts access to BC programs, services, activities, or facilities. Accessibility issues may also be reported directly to the Disability Services Office (disabsrv@bc.edu). All accessibility issues reported via this form will be reviewed by DSO and appropriate campus partners. For a response, please complete the follow-up section found at the end of the form. Please note that submissions using this form may not be reviewed outside of normal business hours. If there is an immediate risk to health or safety, please contact campus safety at 617-552-4444.
