QLDC Winter Road Report - 18 September 2023Knock knock Queenstown Lakes, Who’s there you say? Snow... Speaking of snow, we did get a light dusting on the Crown Range summit overnight, otherwise it’s looking like we’ve got another wet grey day ahead of us. Please keep speeds down, fog lights on in areas of low visibility and drive to the conditions. Roading crews have been out patrolling with grit and plough trucks since the early hours. We have reports of high winds especially in Whakatipu Basin so be sure to grab your winter coat if out and about. Here's a summary of conditions to be aware of today:
