As we wrap up the year, we just want to say a big thank you for being part of the miStable community. We’ve loved working with you this year and appreciate your ongoing support.

We hope you enjoy a well-earned break, plenty of good food, and time with the people (and horses!) that matter most. We’re looking forward to another great year together in 2026.

Christmas & New Year Trading Hours

As we head into the festive season, please take note of our upcoming office closure.

miStable will be closed from Monday 22 December, reopening on Monday 5 January, 2026.

During this time, our team will be taking a short break to recharge and prepare for an exciting year ahead. Calls and emails will be responded to once we return in January.

If you have any urgent matters, we recommend getting in touch with us prior to Friday 20 December so we can assist before the closure.

miBilling | Dashboard

Managing outstanding payments just got easier. Our new billing dashboard gives you a clear, at-a-glance view of aged receivables, helping you stay on top of what’s owed—without the admin headache.

Billing Dashboard – Summary

Instantly see outstanding balances grouped by aging periods, including Total, Current, 1–30 days, 31–60 days and beyond, so you know exactly where things stand.

Billing Dashboard – Table View

View a detailed list of owners with outstanding balances, neatly organised by aging period for quick reference and follow-up.

Billing Dashboard – Owner Details

Drill down into an individual owner’s account to see all outstanding invoices. From here, you can easily send reminders for selected overdue invoices in just a few clicks.

User-Driven Improvements

You asked, we listened. Thanks to your feedback, we continue to make refinements to improve usability, streamline workflows and enhance the tools you use every day.
