Thanks to all staff who put the event together and stall holders who showed up on the day, we look forward to better weather next year. At Council this week, we resolved to commence heritage restoration works to our Town Hall and repair damage caused by heavy rains this year. These works will be completed in time for the 100th Anniversary of the Town Hall next year. Day - the national day of action when Australians are reminded that every day is the day to ask, ‘are you OK?’ and start a meaningful conversation whenever you spot the signs that someone you care about might be struggling with life. Although the weather did not turn out as forecasted, we still had a great time at the Spring Festival! Visitors enjoyed delicious food trucks, flower crowns, seedling plantings, rides and Bluey and Bingo were a hit with our littlest residents.
