Dear Class of 2026,

We hope you are all having an enjoyable summer with friends and family. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Heights! Weeks of Welcome planning is well underway and our residential life staff is gearing up for move-in day.

The Division of Student Affairs has been busy planning upcoming programming, events, and logistics including Move-in (view this video on first year housing), the Student Involvement Fair, Career Fairs, Wellfest, Homecoming and more. Furthermore, the Undergraduate Government of Boston College (UGBC) in partnership with Student Affairs, is looking forward to advancing new initiatives that foster a sense of belonging, and strive  to make BC your home away from home.

We realize that the first year of college can be exciting yet overwhelming, from getting to know campus, navigating classes, meeting friends, and deciding what programs and events you might like to participate in. To assist you during this transition we are in the final stages of developing an engagement tool that will connect you with signature events and programs you can leverage to build your own unique BC adventure. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks!

As we embark on what we know will be an exciting and tradition-filled year, keep a lookout for upcoming communications from the Division of Student Affairs and UGBC prior to your arrival on campus. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Student Affairs and UGBC are here to support you.

We look forward to welcoming you on-campus soon!
