Return yourself to your library
The cooler months are the perfect time to return yourself (not just your books!) to the library. These happy members are showing off their special edition ‘Sid the Sloth’ library bags. Kids who sign up now will receive this beautifully designed new library tote bag, a special edition "Sid loves libraries" library card and go into the draw to win some fabulous prizes. Whether you are looking to learn something new, discover a program or event that inspires, or you just want a warm and welcoming place to relax with a great read, your local library has it all.
All our libraries are returning to full opening hours from Saturday 30 April, and we have a wonderful range of programs that are sure to inform and delight, as well as the launch of our FREE seed library to help you get growing in your own backyard.

Free Seed Library
If you want to start growing your own fresh produce but are unsure of where to start then our seed library is just for you.
Launching at Hampton Park and Pakenham Libraries, the seed library allows you to borrow seeds and take home information on how to grow and harvest them so that you can return seeds for other people to borrow.
The seed library is just one of many ways you can get hands on with improving your health at your local library.

Library membership is free! We do not charge overdue fines. Casey Cardinia Libraries provide public library services in Melbourne’s South East.
Our libraries are located at Cranbourne, Doveton, Emerald, Endeavour Hills, Hampton Park, Narre Warren and Pakenham. Our mobile library provides a weekly service to Bunyip, Cockatoo, Garfield, Gembrook, Koo Wee Rup, Lang Lang, Maryknoll, Nar Nar Goon, Tynong and Upper Beaconsfield.
