2022 National Local Government Customer Service Awards Are Now Open

The National Local Government Customer Service Network has now officially launched the 2022 National Local Government Customer Service Awards.

Now is your opportunity to nominate your Council, team or an individual in these prestigious awards.

Nominations are now open and close on 27 September. Take this opportunity to have your Council and team members Nationally recognised within the local government sector for excellence.

The awards to be presented in 2022 include:

• 2022 Customer Service Team of the Year Award

• 2022 Customer Service Innovation Award

• 2022 Customer Service Individual of the Year Award

Please note, you must be a 2022/2023 financial member to be part of the NLGCSN Awards program. Please login to renew and pay for your 2022 membership via the My Membership's tab by 31 August 2022. From 1 September, only current financial members will be able to access the awards nomination page.  Nominations submitted by non-current (expired) members will be invalid.

Note, to access member only pricing and enter the prestigious awards, you are required to have renewed and paid for your 2022/2023 membership online by 31 August 2022. Please login to renew and pay for your 2022 membership via the My Membership's tab. Add your secondary Council members once renewed.

The Network have locked in a limited number of rooms at Rydges Port Macquarie at a discounted price of $224 per king superior room per night including breakfast for our members.
