Cr Matthew Blackmore, Mayor of Strathfield

In what has been a week of extreme weather, I would like to thank Strathfield SES, our local emergency services and Council staff for their efforts to keep our residents safe in what was a difficult week for many local residents who were impacted by damage to their property.

Unfortunately, due to the weather many of Council's facilities were not available, and we also experienced an excessive number of potholes across our local road network. The clean up has started but I urge residents if you do spot a pothole, report it to Council so we can get it repaired as early as possible.

Please have a read of our items below as we have many exciting events and projects happening in our community and we would love to have you involved.

If you require assistance with any local issue please feel free to contact me 0428 952 095 or cr.mblackmore@strathfield.nsw.gov.au
