Our product team heard your feedback...
...so we made it easier to
view, navigate, and filter your dashboards to assess full-funnel
program performance.

What's new: The revamped dashboard experience
- Get a digestible overview of program performance at the top of your dashboard with prominent KPI cards displaying high-level metrics
- Understand metrics in context with sparklines showing change over time
- Click into each KPI card for an in-depth look at performance over a given time period
Grouping KPIs together helps you visualize performance across the full funnel, from clicks to shares to conversions, so you can identify where customers may be dropping off.
2. Compare + contextualize your performance
- Annotate performance graphs with important dates, such as the exact date you sent a promo email, launched a new offer, etc.
- Compare performance across campaigns, promotions, and share channels within each program dashboard
- See aggregate program performance in the default main dashboard page
Add timeline dates for launches, promotional emails, reward updates, and tests, then compare across campaigns and metrics to see which changes influenced performance. For wider context, mark relevant holidays or industry sales cycles to see how external factors may have impacted program performance.
- Toggle between programs in the side menu under "Performance"
- Click into a specific promotion or campaign in your program dashboard to populate the entire dashboard with those metrics—your program, campaign, or promotion selection is retained in the URL
- Drop breadcrumbs when you navigate between program- and campaign-level dashboards to make switching back-and-forth easier
Bookmark or share the URL for a specific program, campaign, or promotion to bring teammates directly to the same dashboard view.

Feeling moody? Try the new Dark Mode
How to use Extole in Dark Mode:
If you're the kind of person who sees the creeping chill of Autumn as a welcome respite from Summer sun, the new Extole Dark Mode might be for you. To toggle between modes, click on your profile at the bottom of the leftside menu and select your desired "theme"—Light, Dark, or System. The default "System" mode syncs the platform with your system theme.
