National Reconciliation Week - 27 May 3 June ⚫🟡🔴

This National Reconciliation Week, Strathfield Council had the pleasure of having Aboriginal Elder Uncle John and Aunty Liz at Strathfield Library yesterday morning for a smoking ceremony.

Those who attended were then treated to a morning tea of scones and jams with Australian native ingredients.

Thank you to everyone in the local community who participated.

"Bridging Now to Next" is the theme for National Reconciliation Week 2025. It's a powerful call for all Australians to unite, learn from the past, and forge a shared future, continuously pushing for progress.
