This month, I'm proud to spotlight the YP Foundation, a long-time member of PMNCH and a strong advocate for young people's rights, and the recognition of young people as equal stakeholders and transformative leaders. The YP Foundation is part of the PMNCH Adolescents & Youth constituency and is based in India, where adolescents and youth represent nearly 20% of the population. In 2021 PMNCH built on its robust programme of evidence and advocacy work to address the unique requirements of providing sexual, reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health, and nutrition services in conflict settings. A critical collaboration during this period was with the BRANCH Consortium leading to the subsequent launch of the Lancet Series on Women’s and Children’s Health in Conflict Settings. PMNCH supported the development of several knowledge translation products and a series of in-country workshops to advance multistakeholder policy dialogue.Explore the Series and recording of workshops here.Countdown to 2030 for Women’s, Children’s and Adolescent’s Health and partner organizations have published new and updated country profiles for reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health; equity; and early childhood development.
