Hi there,

In conversation with Adam Connolly
"After high school I studied multimedia before getting a “real” job, that’s where I first started editing. After a career as a geotechnician I went back to school to study film and television to begin my career as an Editor.
Since then I’ve never looked back. When changing careers, my goal was to say “yes” to any production job/opportunity I could and work hard when I got one. I just wanted to work in the industry I didn’t care where."
Recent work from
our Creatives
"As a seasoned photographer, one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is collaborating with talented people to create inspiring images. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with the Anthropocene Play Company and their director, Bronwen Coleman, to create a series of cast portraits for Anton Chekhov's Uncle Vanya, which is set to run at Theatreworks St Kilda from June 7 to 17. With a team of eight actors I spent a busy day at the beautiful Harewood House in Koo Wee Rup, a 19th-century mansion built in 1868, where we shot eight individual portraits and a group photo in just five hours. We began by scouting out locations within the house, whilst the actors readied themselves with wardrobe and make up. It was an intense day of work but
that made the experience all the more exhilarating. I'm thrilled to share with you a glimpse of the images we captured during this photoshoot. I hope they'll give you a sense of the creativity and energy that went into the project."
KALLIROY EDLIN | PRODUCER/STYLIST

SARAH MOULTEN | GRAPHIC DESIGNER
"From the very beginning, Sally took the time to get to get to know me on a personal level, understanding not only my qualifications and experience but also my values and what I was looking for in my next career move. Sally was on top of everything, always keeping me in the loop with any opportunities that arose, and providing me with guidance and support throughout the entire process, making me feel at ease. Thanks to Sally's unwavering dedication and hard work, I landed a job that was everything I could have asked for and more"
ANNA UPTON | ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
“From the moment I stepped into Sallys office, I knew I was in safe hands. Not only is she kind, generous and funny - she’s a true professional with indispensable knowledge and industry connections. After we made some adjustments to my folio, resume and cover letter, Sally then put me up for a fantastic role in a creative agency. Its safe to say that without Sally none of this could have been possible. I couldn’t be happier with my new job, I can’t thank her enough."
Everyone benefits from experienced guidance and this is what I provide. Just to be clear, I am not an agent but I do know what works for creatives in a crowded and competitive market. I have worked in the industry for over twenty years and have a deep understanding of how it functions. I also sit on advisory boards, guest lecture, give talks, judge photography and design, all of which has delivered a high degree of expertise.
