We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the "New Castle" project, a significant upgrade to the main entrance of the Allware Warehouse, strategically located in the industrial section of Newcastle. This project underscores our commitment to delivering robust and aesthetically pleasing security solutions.

Project Overview The primary objective of this project was to enhance access and bolster perimeter security at the Allware Warehouse, aligning with a broader fencing upgrade. The previous entrance presented a significant operational challenge, being too narrow to accommodate two vehicles simultaneously. Our team was tasked with replacing the outdated fence and boom gate with a more durable and visually integrated solution.

Our innovative approach involved the installation of two large, curved gabion walls at the entrance. This design not only resolved the access limitations but also provided a robust and aesthetically superior security barrier that complements the new fencing infrastructure.

Key Project Details The project commenced on May 29, 2025, and was completed on June 20, 2025, adhering to the scheduled three-week duration.

Materials Utilized The successful execution of this project relied on high-quality materials and precise engineering:

• Gabion Baskets: A total of 30 units (various sizes, 50x50mm, 3mm Welded Mesh) were used.

• Welded Mesh Roll: 2.1m x 34m (50x50mm, 3mm) for shaping the curved sections.

• Binding Wire: 60kg of Galvanized 2.2mm wire.

• Gabion Stone: 57 tons of quality stone.

• Support Posts: 26 units of 75x75mm square tubing, featuring welded rods for anchoring and protective end caps.

• Concrete Base: A robust 150mm thick slab for foundational stability.

• Excavation & Backfill: Including G2 crusher dust and general backfill for precise leveling.

The "New Castle" project at Allware Warehouse stands as a testament to our expertise in delivering functional, secure, and visually appealing infrastructure solutions. We are proud to have contributed to the enhanced operational efficiency and security of this vital industrial facility.

Norwood Gabion Planters

Check out our latest project featuring Norwood Planters! We recently installed two awesome gabion basket planter boxes right on a client's pavement. Standing at a neat 300mm tall, these really add a stylish touch. 🪴

One of the planters was super unique – it had a cool curve! That meant we got to show off our design skills right there on-site to make sure it fit perfectly. We love a good challenge! 💪
