Looking ahead to the 2026 WHO and UNICEF Estimates of National Immunization Coverage

On 15 July, WHO and UNICEF will release the latest WHO and UNICEF Estimates of National Immunization Coverage (WUENIC). As the world's largest and most comprehensive annual dataset on immunization coverage, WUENIC provides a global snapshot of how many children around the world are protected against vaccine-preventable diseases and where gaps remain.

The estimates help countries and partners monitor progress, identify children who have missed out on life-saving vaccines, and guide efforts to strengthen immunization programmes and reach every child.  We look forward to sharing the latest findings in the  special WUENIC edition to be published on 15July.
