As we start to wind down for the Christmas break, we wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you.
This year has been a big one for WiEA. Not just in numbers, although our community is now larger than it has ever been, but in conversations, challenges, breakthroughs and the sheer amount of support you show one another.
Before we talk about plans for next year, we want to pause and acknowledge what this community truly is. WiEA is special because thousands of you give your time, your energy, your honesty and your encouragement. You lift each other up in the Facebook group, you show up authentically for training, you share advice with people you may never have met, and you keep pushing for a fairer, more equal industry.
We don’t take that for granted. WiEA is a not-for-profit run by volunteers, but it is every single one of you that drives the mission. And as the community grows, so does our commitment to give more back. More support. More training. More practical tools. More opportunities to learn, lead and thrive.
So, as you head into the Christmas break, please know that what you contribute here matters. It is shaping careers, improving workplaces and building confidence in ways we hear about every day.

Congratulations to our incredible Woman of the Month, Grace Watson, nominated by Sarah Hood 💜
“In August, at just 29 years old and in the second year of starting her incredible prime market property business, Grace suffered an ischenic stroke. Unable to work, drive, talk - she could have rolled over and given up. But Grace doesn’t give up! With time, rehabilitation and the incredible support of her family and agency friends supporting her recovery and her business she is now back and ready to rock and roll (albeit with plenty of rest!).
Grace has always astonished me with how hard she works, how far she is prepared to go for her clients and how special she makes everybody feel. It’s now our turn to make sure she knows how special she is, and how happy we are to see her back in action!”
