Are They Triple Ok?

Are They Triple Ok?

This R U OK? Day we are encouraging members to ask ‘Are They Triple Ok?’.

Are They Triple Ok? aims to increase levels of peer and social support for emergency service workers and volunteers nationwide. The campaign provides tips and resources to promote life-changing conversations with emergency service workers and volunteers at home and in the workplace to encourage early intervention and help-seeking.

Are they Triple OK? provides free digital and printable resources which can be found on the R U OK? website. Resources include conversation guides and personal stories from emergency service staff and volunteers that demonstrate the life-changing impact of an R U OK? conversation.
